There are a lot of puns I could use here...that kind of sound like the beginning of a comedy act...
Such as: after this opportunity Ink Stain is really rolling in the dough...or, I finally got to name a calzone after my favorite gangster...
I call it the 'Al Cazone'!

But it was a total blast creating menu concepts for Old Chicago.
"Ink Stain's ideas are fun and different, and that's what we needed for the rollout of several new items on the Old Chicago menu," says Karen Lozano, marketing for Old Chicago and Rockbottom Restaurants, Inc.
